Hotel booking policy (up to 5 bookings)

Important: please be informed that hotel bookings through bnetwork online portal are exclusively for participants registered to Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week 2026. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation/s in case registration for the event has not been done.

Payment policy

You will be required to pay for the entire duration of your stay prior to receiving the booking confirmation.

Final invoice will be issued and provided by the hotel upon check out.

Cancellation policy

Non refundable rates. Please note that your booking is non-refundable. Modifications and reductions of stay are not permitted.

Cancellations shall be communicated to bnetwork in writing via email at the following address: travelfira@bnetwork.com. Penalties may apply. Telephone cancellations are not accepted as valid.

Reservation modification/changes: all reservation modifications can be made through the website "My account" function at https://barcelonabridalfashionweek.bnetwork.com   or in writing via email/fax. Changes will be confirmed by bnetwork within 24 hours and are subject to availability.
